Prescription Policy

Healthcare providers may determine whether a prescription is appropriate based on a patient’s medical evaluation.

Payments

Users agree to pay all fees associated with services received through the Platform.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment processors.

Shipping and Delivery

Medications are fulfilled and shipped by US-licensed partner pharmacies. Helios does not ship medications itself.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, carriers, or pharmacy volume are outside our control.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and keeping it up to date. We cannot remedy shipments sent to an incorrect or outdated address.

Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy describes how damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments are handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Helios Health LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
