These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Helios Health LLC or on our behalf, including by our clinical partner, when you provide your mobile phone number in connection with your care.

About Our Text Messages

Our text messages are care-related: order and shipping updates, appointment and refill reminders, and notifications that something in your patient portal needs your attention. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

To protect your privacy, our messages contain minimal health information. We will prompt you to log in to your portal rather than include medication names, dosages, or diagnoses in a text.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to receive these care-related messages, which may be sent using automated technology. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the number provided, and you agree to notify us if your number changes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and any charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. A final message confirming your opt-out may follow. After you opt out, we will send essential notices about your care by email instead.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Standard text messages are not encrypted and could be viewed by someone with access to your device or intercepted in transit. By opting in, you accept this risk for the limited information our messages contain.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
