This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Helios Health LLC collects, uses, and shares consumer health data, and the rights available to you, in accordance with the Washington My Health My Data Act, Nevada’s consumer health data law, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data means personal information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status.
Consumer Health Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of consumer health data:
- Health conditions and medical history
- Current and past medications and treatments
- Symptoms
- Body measurements, including height, weight, and BMI
- Responses to intake questionnaires
- Inferences drawn from the above, such as eligibility for a treatment program
Sources of Consumer Health Data
We collect consumer health data:
- Directly from you, when you complete our intake questionnaire, use tools such as the BMI calculator, or communicate with us
- From your device, when information about your use of our services is reasonably linkable to your health status
Why We Collect It
We collect and use consumer health data to:
- Provide the products and services you request, including clinical evaluation by licensed healthcare providers and coordination of pharmacy fulfillment
- Respond to your questions and support requests
- Maintain the security of our services and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not collect or use consumer health data for purposes beyond those described in this policy.
How We Share It
We share consumer health data with:
- Our clinical and pharmacy partner, which provides the healthcare services and medication fulfillment you request
- Service providers that process data on our behalf to operate our services, such as hosting, secure data storage, and email delivery providers
- Authorities, where disclosure is required by law
We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect, share, or sell consumer health data about you, and access that data, including a list of the third parties with whom we have shared it
- Withdraw consent for our collection or sharing of your data
- Request that we delete your consumer health data

Appeals
